Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

At 3Sisters Fashion, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are handmade, we carefully check each item before it is delivered.

1. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

Damaged or defective items — if your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for a replacement, subject to availability.
Wrong size — if the size you ordered doesn't fit, we will exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability.

To arrange an exchange, contact us through WhatsApp at +974 6611 7034 as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please provide:

Your order details
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem (for damaged/defective items)

We will review and confirm the next steps with you directly.

2. Refunds

If an eligible exchange cannot be fulfilled (for example, the correct size or replacement is unavailable), we may offer a refund instead. Refund arrangements will be confirmed with you through WhatsApp after we review the issue.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product. Please check the size guide carefully before confirming your order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly through WhatsApp so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Please keep the product and its packaging until the issue has been resolved.

5. Handmade Product Variations

Our products are handmade and may have small differences in stitching, decoration, fabric, yarn, or other handmade details. Minor variations consistent with the handmade nature of the product are not considered defects.
